OUTBACK INDEPENDENT LIVING

Supporting people with a disability in Outback Queensland to belong and thrive

Helping YOU thrive in OutBack Qld

Welcome to Outback Independent Living!

Outback Independent Living (OIL) is the Peak Body for people with disability in Central West and Outback Qld. We are a non-profit organisation made up of a group of passionate individuals, parents of a child with a disability and local community members.

We believe that people with a disability have a right to belong and thrive in Outback Queensland. OIL supports these individuals on their journey, partners with organisations for support and advocates with key decision makers to deliver services and support.

Disability Expo: "Living the Good Life in Outback Qld"

OIL is proud to host the Disability Expo, an event bringing service providers, people with disability and their carers together to address and solve issues for people with disability living in Outback Qld. The Expo will include facilitated workshop sessions, learning opportunities, trade stands and celebratory dinner.
